CD - “Escenas Argentinas” 09/2004
In 2005 for the first time Javier Girotto’s
and Aires Tango’s new project of music and video appears. From
the encounter between the Argentinian leader and the photographer
Giancarlo Ceraudo the idea was born to accompany the marvellous images
with music and his photographical reportage. Here are unaltered the
melodies written by Girotto and perfectaly played by the four members
of the group. The rhythmes, the timbre of their music takes us in an
ideal trip to Argentina, through improvisation that renders this group
particularly special in the way they embrace so many different contexts,
blending them in a caleidoscopic whirlwind of emotions.
